The Management and staff of RVTEX are committed to performing all its activities and tasks in the safest possible way that will protect employees, clients, and the public as well as protecting the environment. The management of RVTEX believes that improving safety is the most economical way to increase productivity and profit and reduce losses.

RVTEX management will lead by example and all employees are always reminded that in all company activities, Occupational health safety and protection of the environment (HSE) are integrated with business, and they come first as the most prestigious company objective.

RVTEX management is responsible for ensuring that enough resources are available to employees to perform their jobs in line with the highest local and international HSE standards.

The management and employees will strive to continuously improve the business through improving HSE conditions. 

This policy will be reviewed every 3 years to ensure its suitability for the company activities and the current regulations.

We, at RVTEX, are committed to providing quality human resources, Occupational Safety and Health Training, and consultant services, as well as related content development services and onshore & offshore oil & gas industry, other industries, and the community in the United Arab Emirate (UAE).

In our endeavor to deliver quality products and services on time every time, we:

• run our operations in line with our established quality management system and company policies.
• work and communicate closely with our employees, suppliers, and strategic partners.
• frequently review our objectives for their performance and continued suitability.
• frequently review our compliance with the requirements of our interested parties, including customer requirements, the applicable statutory & regulatory requirements, and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

The following services, products, materials, functionalities, and contents are available to users through the Websites: cloud-based software-as-a-service, training, presentations, quizzes, forums, articles, templates, news, and other content.

The Websites contain Transtech Solutions and RVTEX own Content, as well as the Content of users, Transtech Solutions and RVTEX partners, and third parties.

We shall make every available effort to ensure constant availability of the Websites, as well as constant and unhindered access to the Contents available through the Websites, as regulated by these Terms, and possible specific terms applicable to the use of certain Content or separate web pages within the Websites.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Websites, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, and your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that:

(i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment methods in connection with any Purchase; and that

(ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Subscriptions

Some products and services on the Websites are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Transtech Solutions and RVTEX cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting the RVTEX customer support team.

A valid payment method, including a credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide RVTEX with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize RVTEX to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, RVTEX will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

Fee Changes

RVTEX, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

RVTEX will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Websites after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Free trial

RVTEX may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited or unlimited period of time (“Free Trial”).

You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial.

If you do enter your billing information when signing up for the Free Trial, you will not be charged by RVTEX until the Free Trial has expired.

On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you cancel your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected.

At any time and without notice, RVTEX reserves the right to

(i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or

(ii) cancel such a Free Trial offer.

We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Websites.

The products or services available on our Websites may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Websites and in our advertising on other websites.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services.

We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Online Courses and Training

We do not offer any refunds once the order for taking the exam has been placed and you have taken the exam, regardless of whether you have passed the exam or not.

However, there are circumstances that would allow us to offer you a refund for your purchased examination within a period of 90 days after the purchase, and they are as follows:

(1) you were not able to access the exam due to technical failure on the Websites,

(2) you were not able to finish the examination due to technical failure on the Websites, or

(3) you didn’t access the examination within 90 days after the purchase.

If you ask for a refund without accessing the examination, we will refund you the exam fee, but we will apply a  20% refund fee.

For online workshops, you can reschedule the workshop under the following circumstances:

• If you reschedule at least 2 days prior to the workshop date, we will charge a US$ 30.00 fee to reschedule the workshop.
• If you reschedule less than 2 days before the workshop date, we will charge a US$ 150.00 fee to reschedule the workshop.

For online workshops, you can cancel the workshop under the following circumstances:

• 2 days prior to the workshop date, and you will receive a 90% refund.
• No refund will be given if you cancel the workshop less than 2 days before, or if you do not attend the workshop without prior notice.

For Live Virtual Training, you can reschedule the training under the following circumstances:

• If you reschedule at least 2 days prior to the training date, we will charge a US$ 30.00 fee to reschedule the training;
• If you reschedule less than 2 days before the training date, we will charge a US$ 90.00 fee to reschedule the training.

For Live Virtual Training, you can cancel the training under the following circumstances:

• 2 days prior to the workshop date, and you will receive a 90% refund.
• No refund will be given if you cancel the workshop less than 2 days before, or if you do not attend the workshop without prior notice.

All decisions on refunds and our policies therein are subject to our discretion. As such, we may require screenshots of errors received, or other proofs. We will make every attempt to ensure the product is up to your standards as well as ours before we issue a refund.

In no event shall Transtech Solutions and RVTEX, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from

(i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Websites, products, and services;

(ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Websites;

(iii) any content obtained from the Websites; and

(iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Your use of the Websites and products is at your sole risk.

The Websites and the Products are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Websites are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Transtech Solutions and RVTEX, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors do not warrant that

a) the Websites and the products will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location;

b) any errors or defects will be corrected;

c) the Websites are free of viruses or other harmful components, or

d) the results of using the Websites and the products will meet your requirements.
